Youth for Peace Ambassadors Project
Provide peacebuilding and countering violent extremism trainings for 150 youth activists and students’ leaders from three communities (Potiskum, Damaturu and Gashu’a) in Yobe State. The training enhanced the capacity of young leaders to promote peace, resilience building and prevention of violent extremismin their communities. After the trainings, participants were supported to develop action points to implement peacebuilding projects in their communities.
